About The Position

The Courville at Manchester is seeking dependable, caring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents. Positions are available across several shifts and schedules: 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 6 a.m.–2 p.m.; 3 p.m.–11 p.m. or 2 p.m.–10 p.m.; and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Full-time and part-time options are listed, with some weekend-only or Saturday-only schedules. Requirements

An active New Hampshire LNA license.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
Support nurses with routine patient care tasks.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure residents’ rooms and equipment are clean and safe.
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families.
Follow healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
