About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes in Manchester, NH, and surrounding communities. The role offers pay of $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and scheduling opportunities that may include full-time, part-time, weekend, long, and overnight shifts. Employees receive ongoing training and support.

The LNA helps clients with personal care and daily activities, follows individualized care plans, and observes and reports changes in clients’ conditions. The position requires a current LNA license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
