About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Nashua, NH, and surrounding communities. The role offers pay of $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and flexible scheduling opportunities, including full-time, part-time, weekend, long, and overnight shifts.

LNAs assist clients with personal care and everyday activities, support their safety and mobility, follow individualized care plans, and report changes in client conditions. The position involves working independently in clients’ homes and requires reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
