About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Nashua, NH and surrounding communities. The role offers full-time opportunities as well as part-time weekend shifts, long shifts, and overnight shifts. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, with daily pay available. LNAs assist clients with personal care and daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. The employer offers mileage reimbursement, paid travel time when applicable, wellness time, a 401(k) with an employer match up to 4%, insurance options for eligible employees working 30 or more hours per week, life insurance, an employee referral bonus, and ongoing training and support.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
