About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Nashua, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities. The role offers full-time opportunities, as well as part-time weekend shifts, long shifts, and overnight shifts. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, and daily pay is available. Caregivers support clients with personal care and daily activities while following individualized care plans. The position requires dependable, compassionate care, comfort providing hands-on personal assistance, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Requirements
- Current CNA and/or HHA certification.
- At least 2 years of current experience.
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
