About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants in Nashua, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes. The role offers a consistent full-time schedule with 40 guaranteed hours per week, daily pay, and additional hours available. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time are provided when applicable. PTO and paid sick time are offered, along with a 401(k) with employer match. Benefits are available for eligible employees, and a referral bonus is offered.

The LNA provides hands-on support to help clients remain safely at home, follows each client’s care plan, and reports changes in condition. Applicants must hold a current New Hampshire LNA license, have reliable transportation, be able to work independently in clients’ homes, and demonstrate dependable attendance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship.
• Follow the client’s care plan.
• Report changes in the client’s condition.
