About The Position

Vi at Grayhawk is seeking a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting licensed care staff in performing a variety of clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents. The position involves assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining/tray services, escort services, performing vital signs and weights, and other care-related duties. As part of the care team, CNAs participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities and notify of resident changes in condition. Requirements

Current state certification
Experience is required
Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required
Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified
Basic computer skills or ability to learn

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred
High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required
