About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Manchester, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay availability, and opportunities for full-time or part-time work, including weekends, long shifts, and overnights. Flexible scheduling and plenty of hours are available. Care includes personal assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and following individualized care plans. Employees observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. The employer offers ongoing training and support, and identifies several benefits, some subject to eligibility and hours worked.
Requirements
- Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.
- Experience providing hands-on personal care.
- Patient, professional, and reliable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
