About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Nashua, New Hampshire. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling and a range of shifts, including weekends, long shifts, and overnights. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, and daily pay is available. The employer notes that plenty of hours are available.

Caregivers help clients with personal care, mobility, daily activities, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. They provide companionship and emotional support, follow individualized care plans, and report changes in clients’ conditions. The role requires hands-on personal-care experience, reliability, and the ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Requirements

• Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.
• Experience providing hands-on personal care.
• Patient, professional, and reliable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
