About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) or Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Nashua, New Hampshire. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling and available weekend, long, and overnight shifts. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, and daily pay is available. The posting also notes plenty of hours and opportunities to build a schedule that fits workers’ needs. Care includes assisting clients with personal care and daily activities, following individualized care plans, and providing companionship and support. Requirements
- Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
