About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Manchester, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling and availability for weekends, long shifts, and overnights. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, and daily pay is available. Plenty of hours are available. Caregivers assist clients with personal care and daily activities, provide companionship, follow individualized care plans, and report changes in clients’ conditions. The position requires a current LNA license or previous PCA experience, hands-on personal care experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Follow individualized care plans.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
