About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) or Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Manchester, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling and a variety of available shifts, including weekends, long shifts, and overnights. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, and daily pay is available. Care includes assisting clients with personal care and daily activities, following individualized care plans, and observing and reporting changes in clients’ conditions. The employer offers mileage reimbursement, paid travel time when applicable, wellness time, ongoing training and support, and other benefits. Health, dental, vision, and Aflac options are available to eligible employees working at least 30 hours per week.

Requirements

Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.
Experience providing hands-on personal care.
Patient, professional, and reliable.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Follow individualized care plans.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
