About The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an LNA who takes pride in helping an individual remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the familiar surroundings of their own home. We are seeking a caring and dedicated LNA to provide in-home support to a 90-year-old male client in Rindge, NH. This is a part-time, one-on-one client care position focused on mornings from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire LNA license in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to assist with mobility and safely lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Nice To Haves
- Six months of healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation and assistance with meals
- Medication reminders
- Walking and ambulation assistance
- Light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Assistance with other activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Providing companionship and encouraging independence
- Maintaining a safe home environment with clear and unobstructed pathways
- Supporting the client's comfort, dignity, and overall well-being
