About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Nurses Aide (LNA) for a full-time role completing hospice visits to clients throughout Chittenden, Washington, and Lamoille counties in Vermont. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary health care team providing home health aide services, skilled nursing, and palliative care to clients so they can receive the care they need while remaining at home. The position offers flexible schedules and a 1:1 patient ratio. Reliable transportation is required. The hourly rate is $22–$26, with weekly pay and full-time benefits. Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Active, good-standing listing on the Vermont Aide Registry.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
Complete a criminal background check.
Meet all state requirements.
Have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Provide light housekeeping, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Provide medication assistance.
