About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring licensed nurses to provide one-on-one home care to adult and pediatric clients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County, New Jersey. Weekend openings are available, including ongoing shifts with pediatric and adult tracheostomy and ventilator clients. Nurses may earn up to $38 per hour through the weekend BAYLOR program: work 16 hours and be paid for 20, or work 24 hours and be paid for 32. Participation requires a commitment to work every weekend or every other weekend on an ongoing basis.

Available assignments include shifts in Clayton, Mullica Hill, Sewell, Woodbury, Swedesboro, Turnersville, Salem, Vineland, Bridgeton, and Voorhees Township. Shifts vary by client and location and include morning, evening, and overnight schedules. Available shift lengths include 8, 10, and 12 hours. BAYADA offers one-on-one care, flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, weekly pay, preventive care coverage for all employees including PRN staff, and paid time off.

BAYADA prepares nurses through paid training beginning on day one, with training in the office, in the home, and online; practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs; around-the-clock clinical phone support; and electronic charting using Statewise. The organization serves clients of all ages and diagnoses and provides training to help nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift. Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduate from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to adult and pediatric clients.
• Deliver care to clients with a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Work assigned morning, evening, or overnight shifts; weekend assignments require an ongoing commitment to every weekend or every other weekend.
• Use electronic charting through Statewise.
