1:1 Home Care Licensed Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring licensed nurses to provide one-on-one home care to adult and pediatric clients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County, New Jersey. Weekend openings include ongoing shifts with clients who may have tracheostomy and ventilator needs. Nurses must commit to working every weekend or every other weekend on an ongoing basis for the listed weekend positions. The weekend BAYLOR program offers pay of up to $38 per hour, with specified arrangements that pay for 20 hours when working 16 hours, or pay for 32 hours when working 24 hours. Client shifts are available in several locations and schedules, including adult and pediatric cases, with morning, evening, and overnight options and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. BAYADA provides one-on-one care, flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, weekly pay, preventive care coverage for all employees (including PRN employees), and paid time off. Nurses receive paid training in the office, in the home, and online; access to adult and pediatric simulation labs; around-the-clock clinical support by phone; and electronic charting using Statewise. Requirements
- Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
- Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.
- For the listed ongoing weekend openings, commit to working every weekend or every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home care to adult and pediatric clients.
- Deliver care to clients with a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including clients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs.
- Work assigned client shifts, with weekend nurses committing to every weekend or every other weekend on an ongoing basis.
- Complete electronic charting using Statewise.
