About The Position

This full-time remote role is for therapists licensed in New Mexico who work with clients across the state through virtual appointments. The therapist handles scheduled sessions independently while staying connected with a clinical supervisor for guidance on cases requiring additional review. The position combines independent therapy work with regular supervision, documentation, and team communication. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. The salary is $115,000–$120,000 per year.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or a related field.
• Active New Mexico license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience in clinical mental health therapy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort with telehealth technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling through secure video sessions.
• Meet with new and returning clients throughout the week.
• Keep notes and required case information current.
• Bring complex or higher-risk cases to the clinical supervisor.
• Take part in scheduled supervision and team discussions.
• Follow through on clinical concerns that need additional attention.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Follow New Mexico licensing and telehealth requirements.
