Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC/LCSW/LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists for its offices in Frankfort, Georgetown, and Lexington, Kentucky. The role is part of an outpatient behavioral healthcare practice serving children, adolescents, and adults through in-person clinic visits and telemedicine. Therapists deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare and are expected to be committed to patient care and clinical excellence. The position offers flexible scheduling, a choice of telemedicine and in-person work, administrative support, modern offices, and digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based and may exceed $85,000–$97,000 per year, with no cap.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in Kentucky as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with adults, children and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Reside within commuting distance of local clinics.
Responsibilities
