About The Position

This full-time remote role is open to therapists licensed in New Mexico who provide virtual appointments to clients across the state. The therapist manages scheduled sessions independently while staying connected with a clinical supervisor for guidance on cases that need additional review. The position combines direct therapy work with supervision, documentation, and team communication. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active New Mexico license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience in clinical mental health therapy.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling through secure video sessions.
• Meet with new and returning clients throughout the week.
• Keep notes and required case information current.
• Bring complex or higher-risk cases to the clinical supervisor.
• Participate in scheduled supervision and team discussions.
• Follow through on clinical concerns that need additional attention.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Follow New Mexico licensing and telehealth requirements.
