Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide services to adolescent and young adult clients. Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN CALIFORNIA
Licenses Accepted: APCC, ASW, AMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus
MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide services to adolescent and young adult clients.
Enhance programming and provide the best possible care to clients.
Participate in case discussions, leveraging the expertise of others to develop new skills and perspectives.
Build strong relationships with clients with a maximum of 8 clients in a group, allowing for in-depth work to create sustainable healing.
