About The Position

Willamette Wellness Center (WWC) is a local mental health group with 50 clinicians serving patients throughout Oregon and Washington. WWC specializes in online and in-person trauma-informed mental health care. We are looking for talented, enthusiastic therapists in Oregon to join our clinical team. Our group was built on trust and an excellent reputation, and we are growing our team to provide the best in trauma-informed care. We are currently hiring for individuals who are able to work a Tue-Friday schedule, with two days per week, working until 6:00 pm. WWC is a well-known clinic in the community for its dedication to treating trauma with the most up-to-date and effective therapies available. We are especially interested in clinicians currently utilizing or getting trained in IFS, EMDR, CPT, CBT, DBT, SE, and Brainspotting. WWC leads the way in evidence-based healing and is looking for therapists who believe that "no stone left unturned" is a necessary viewpoint in trauma-informed recovery for our clients. WWC credentials therapists with all of the insurance companies we are in network with, including Oregon Health Plan/s. WWC's compensation models are some of the highest in the industry, as we believe all therapists should have financial freedom and stability. Clinicians are scheduled 28 clients a week, 4 days of 7 clients, allowing for a three day weekend with the day off of your choosing. Clinicians are expected to see 24 client hours out of the 28 client hours scheduled a week (taking into account client cancellations).

Requirements

  • Graduated with a masters degree in counseling or similarly related field, i.e. social work.
  • Be a licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, MFT, etc) in the state of Oregon and in good standing with no complaints against your license.
  • Live in Oregon with ability to commute to in-person office space in Milwaukie, OR to accomodate hybrid working schedule.
  • Be detail oriented, able to turn clinical notes in weekly without issues.
  • Have working knowledge of how to complete an intake, treatment plan, progress notes, and mental status exam, with preference for knowledge regarding Medicaid clinical templates.
  • Have working knowledge of how to give and score assessments such as the GAD-7, PCL-5, PHQ-9, and others.
  • Have a computer, secure internet connection at home, and confidential space to work in.
  • Be interested in full time work (28 appointments scheduled a week with a minimum of 24 patients seen out of those 28 per week).
  • Must have the ability to pass background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Individuals currently utilizing or getting trained in IFS, EMDR, CPT, CBT, DBT, SE, and Brainspotting.
  • Individuals with EMDR and IFS training.
  • Individuals versed in the treatment of eating disorders.
  • Bi-lingual clinicians.
  • Knowledge regarding Medicaid clinical templates.
  • Knowledge of how to give and score assessments such as the GAD-7, PCL-5, PHQ-9, and others.

Responsibilities

  • See 24 client hours out of the 28 client hours scheduled a week.
  • Turn in clinical notes weekly.
  • Take advanced evidence based trauma training while employed at WWC.
  • Complete an intake, treatment plan, progress notes, and mental status exam.
  • Give and score assessments such as the GAD-7, PCL-5, PHQ-9, and others.
  • Work a Tue-Friday schedule, with two days per week, working until 6:00 pm.
  • Commute to in-person office space in Milwaukie, OR to accommodate hybrid working schedule.
