Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in California (APCC, ASW, AMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT accepted).
Master's degree in mental health or related field.
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time.
W-2 employment status.
Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification is a plus.
MI certification is a plus.
Cross-licensure sponsorship eligibility.

Responsibilities

Provide services to adolescent and young adult clients.
Enhance programming and provide the best possible care to clients.
Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI).
Conduct group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients.
Build strong relationships with clients and facilitate in-depth work for sustainable healing.
Participate in case discussions to leverage expertise and develop new skills.
Be available for evening client sessions.
