About The Position
Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. The role involves providing telehealth services in a virtual setting, with options for part-time (minimum 12 hours/week, flexible scheduling) or full-time (40 hours/week, requiring evening and Saturday availability) W-2 positions. Requirements
- MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN NEW YORK
- Licenses Accepted: Pre-Licensed Social Workers, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Maintain a caseload as desired by the clinician, with predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads.
- Participate in case discussions for collaboration and skill development.
- Build strong relationships with clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group, to facilitate in-depth work and sustainable healing.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through free CEUs.
