About The Position

Hair Cuttery is seeking experienced licensed cosmetologists or stylists with advanced technical skills and a loyal clientele. The role is intended for professionals who can work confidently with minimal guidance, while stylists who are still developing are encouraged to apply for the separate Stylist role. Stylists provide services such as precision cuts, fades, color, highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing, along with personalized consultations. Earnings are performance-based and may include service and retail commissions and tips. The company provides salon supplies at no charge, supports guest traffic and client retention, and offers opportunities for leadership, education, and recognition. Full-time or part-time hours are available. Hair Cuttery has openings in DE, FL, IL, IN, MD, NJ, NC, PA, VA, and WV. Requirements

Valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license.

Nice To Haves

Experience with advanced techniques such as highlights, balayage, texture services, and finishing.
A loyal book of business generating $1,300 or more per week; preferred and qualifies for higher commissions.
