About The Position

AIRE Ancient Baths Chicago is reopening and seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join their team. This role is part of a unique wellness experience that combines hospitality, relaxation, and human connection. The Massage Therapist will oversee the client experience at the flagship location, requiring a passion for massage treatments and the spa/wellness industry. They will be integral in providing the AIRE Experience to all guests and clients.

Requirements

Currently licensed in the State of Illinois, required.
Practicing as a massage therapist for a minimum of 1 year.
Available to work (3) shifts per week, including (1) Saturday or Sunday and (1) PM shift.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Team player and team builder.
Energetic, engaging, and eager to work.
Willing to develop new skills and experiences.
Punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
Courteous and respectful to visitors, clients, co-workers and leadership team.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned services to all clients per company direction while maintaining excellent customer service and client care standards.
Maintain treatment rooms to company standards.
Attend regular training and development sessions to stay current on the Company’s treatments and procedures.
Willing to perform massages and body treatments per the company’s direction and standards.
