About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists for office locations throughout Colorado. Therapists are part of the clinical team providing outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. The role offers telemedicine and in-person flexibility in a hybrid setting, flexible schedules, administrative support, and opportunities to build a caseload. The compensation model is based on productivity, with a stated range of $72,000 to $115,000. A sign-on bonus is offered in certain locations.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
- Experience working with adult, geriatric, and/or child and adolescent populations.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual therapy experience.
- Play therapy experience.
- Experience as a child and adolescent therapist.
