Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (Mental Health Therapist)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists for office locations throughout Colorado. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults, with the flexibility to provide care in person and through telemedicine in a hybrid arrangement. Therapists are part of a clinical team focused on high-quality patient care and clinical excellence. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $72,000–$115,000 per year; sign-on bonuses are available for certain locations.
Requirements
- Hold an active Colorado license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adult, geriatric, and/or child and adolescent populations.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual therapy skills; not required.
- Play therapy experience; not required.
- Experience or interest in child and adolescent therapy; the company is seeking multiple Child/Adolescent Therapists.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare and provide patient care as a member of the clinical team.
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients in applicable populations, including adults, geriatric patients, and/or children and adolescents.
- Provide care in person and through telemedicine, as appropriate to the hybrid role.
