220 Licensed Insurance Sales Store Manager
About The Position
The Store Manager leads the sales team’s daily performance and targets, expands business through relationships with existing customers, and helps the team meet production and active-customer goals. The role involves coaching team members to provide consistent customer care, overseeing operational targets and performance, assisting with escalated customer service issues or questions, and executing all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE). The position offers an hourly pay range of $18–$21, plus monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives. It is on-site.
Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred, but not required.
- A 2- or 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience/education.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Ambitious and motivated by opportunities for advancement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
