220 Licensed Insurance Sales Store Manager
About The Position
The Store Manager leads the sales team’s daily performance and targets, grows the business by building relationships with existing customers, and helps the team meet production and active-customer goals. The role involves coaching sales team members to provide consistent customer care, monitoring performance and operational targets, assisting with escalated customer service issues, and executing all aspects of Store Operational Excellence. The position offers an hourly pay range of $18–$21, plus monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives. It is an on-site role.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Ambitious and motivated by opportunities for advancement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
Nice To Haves
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets.

- Coach sales team members to deliver a consistent standard of customer care.
- Oversee the sales team in achieving operational targets and monitor performance.
- Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
- Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
