220 Licensed Insurance Sales Store Manager

About The Position
The Store Manager leads the sales team’s daily performance and targets, helps expand the business by building relationships with existing customers, and mentors team members to achieve sales and customer-care goals. The role oversees operational targets and performance, assists with escalated customer service issues, and executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour, plus monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives. The position is on site.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
- Ambitious and motivated by advancement opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
Nice To Haves
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets.

- Coach sales team members to consistently deliver a standard of customer care.
- Oversee the sales team in achieving operational targets and monitor performance.
- Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
- Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
