About The Position

The Licensed Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for helping individuals and families protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions. This role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and providing exceptional customer service while helping clients understand their coverage options. Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet sales goals and performance expectations

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Quote, present, and sell insurance products while educating clients on coverage options and policy benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Review policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend additional products that meet client needs.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and customer service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and carrier requirements.
