•$50,000 - $70,000•Onsite

About The Position

All Saints Insurance is a growing independent agency seeking a licensed Insurance Producer to build relationships, create sales opportunities, and develop a long-term career. The agency provides access to multiple carriers, training, technology systems, service support, and some agency-generated opportunities. Producers are also expected to independently prospect and create opportunities rather than rely entirely on handed-off leads. The position focuses on personal-lines insurance sales, including prospecting, networking, quoting, following up, and closing business. After a sale, the producer documents the account and hands it off to the service team, which helps manage the client's day-to-day needs. The agency describes its culture as close-knit, accountable, relational, and tech-forward. This is a full-time, on-site position in Slidell, Louisiana. First-year earnings are advertised as an opportunity of $50,000–$70,000+, with guaranteed compensation during an initial ramp-up period followed by uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities. Applications and conversations are confidential.
