About The Position
Help individuals, families, and business owners evaluate life and health-related protection needs through thoughtful discovery, compliant recommendations, and consistent follow-up.
Requirements
- Active Nevada Life & Health license is preferred; candidates able to obtain licensing promptly may be considered.
- Consultative sales, financial-services, benefits, healthcare, or customer-service experience is helpful.
- Strong communication, integrity, organization, and persistence.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build prospects through referrals, community relationships, outbound activity, and agency leads.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and gather accurate suitability information.
- Present approved product options clearly and complete applications and documentation accurately.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline, follow-up schedule, and client records.
- Support policy delivery, annual reviews, referrals, and long-term relationship management.
- Follow all licensing, suitability, privacy, carrier, and agency requirements.
