About The Position

Seeking a dynamic and driven Life and Health Insurance Producer to join a team. This sales-focused role centers exclusively on Life and Health insurance products, including individual and group policies. The successful candidate will work with a robust book of business and a supportive team, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work environment after an initial onsite onboarding period. Compensation includes a base salary of up to $65,000 in the first year and commissions of 35% on new business and 25% on renewals. The position also offers a competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Active Life and Health (L&H) license.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong sales ability, self-motivation, and a hunter mentality, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to invest time in learning the company’s culture and processes.
Adaptability and a strong drive to succeed.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with insurance-related software and tools.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate and close sales for Life and Health insurance products, including individual life, fixed annuities, health, dental and vision, group life, health, dental, disability and vision, HSA/FSA, and long-term care policies.
Use a marketing budget to acquire leads through digital marketing, lead-generation services, and other strategies.
Identify cross-selling opportunities among a book of 6,600 Property & Casualty policies.
Meet face-to-face with individual and group clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
During onboarding, collaborate with the team to learn the company culture, processes, and client interaction standards.
