About The Position
A full-time, remote opportunity for a Rhode Island Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health services through telehealth. The clinician supports clients through assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing care, helping them understand their concerns, build practical coping skills, and progress toward treatment goals. The role serves clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and related concerns.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Rhode Island.
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Prior clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Comfort providing services through telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients in Rhode Island.
- Assess client symptoms, history, risk factors, and treatment needs.
- Develop clear, realistic, and clinically appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and related concerns.
- Keep clinical records organized, accurate, and up to date.
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
