Requirements
- Class D or S Connecticut Journeyman License
- Valid Connecticut driver's license and a clean driving record
- 5+ years of experience with residential heating and air conditioning installations and services
- Ability to perform HVAC maintenance, repairs, and complete system installations
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Responsibilities
- Manage residential service calls and provide expert service.
- Perform thorough maintenance routines to prevent future breakdowns and keep systems operating efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve complex heating and air conditioning issues.
- Complete repairs on-site and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform complete HVAC system installations from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards.
