About The Position

Beltone Hearing Center is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist licensed to practice in North Carolina to serve the Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Piedmont regions. The role supports multiple locations and is offered for 2–5 days per week, with full-time or part-time scheduling. The practice is locally led by an owner with more than 45 years of experience and partners with managed care insurance programs to serve a diverse patient base. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and schedule flexibility.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina license to dispense hearing instruments, or an Audiologist who meets state requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience dispensing, fitting, and programming hearing aids.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Deliver personalized treatment recommendations and rehabilitative solutions.
• Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing health and guide them through a successful care journey.
