About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor for its detox and residential facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role supports the Clinical Director and manages the daily execution of the clinical program. The supervisor oversees client engagement and morale, helps maintain a warm and encouraging recovery environment, occasionally facilitates groups, and maintains a small client caseload. The role also includes compliance oversight of client documentation and utilization review support to help drive treatment authorization and retention.

The position is based at Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne, a 100-bed residential facility providing drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. The center describes its clinical program, staff, and modern premises as supporting a compassionate and dignified recovery environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure necessary to practice in Indiana for this role; the posting lists LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, and LMHC.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Three years of experience working with clients with chemical dependency or dual diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Clinical Director with relevant duties as necessary.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the clinical program.

• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure client documentation is complete.
