About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for its Detox and Residential facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Clinical Supervisor supports the Clinical Director, manages daily execution of the clinical program, oversees client engagement and morale, and helps maintain a warm, encouraging recovery environment. The role occasionally facilitates groups, maintains a small client caseload, oversees documentation compliance, and provides Utilization Review support to promote treatment authorization and retention.

The position is based at Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne, a 100-bed residential facility providing drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. The center's multidisciplinary staff includes therapists and clinicians, nurses and nurse practitioners, group facilitators, and behavioral health technicians.

Requirements

• Current licensure necessary to practice in Indiana for this role: LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Three years of experience working with clients with chemical dependency or dual diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Clinical Director with relevant duties as necessary.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale while maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Occasionally facilitate groups and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure client documentation is complete and compliant.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
