About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Sharon Community Health Center in Sharon, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time outpatient behavioral health position serving patients of all ages. The role involves conducting screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning. The LCSW will provide psychotherapy for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation. The practice offers a supportive outpatient setting with full administrative and clinical support.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.
- Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services for patients of all ages.
- Conduct behavioral health screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning.
- Provide psychotherapy for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while delivering evidence-based treatment.
- Practice in a supportive outpatient setting with full administrative and clinical support.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience.
