About The Position
Provide outpatient behavioral health services and case management at a family community health center. This is a temporary, full-time role with immediate openings at locations in Englewood and Blue Island. The schedule is 40 hours per week during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- LCSW.
- Experience in community health.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish.
