We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a well-qualified Clinical Manager for our licensed, residential, substance use treatment program that houses 20 male participants, El Chante. This program provides residential substance use treatment services to program participants in the Oakland Area, Alameda County. The El Chante Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day operations of El Chante Recovery Home, including developing programmatic policies and procedures for both clients and staff, setting and enforcing house policies, supervising, guiding and coaching all program staff in daily operations of the program. This includes individual and group counseling, case management, designing patient education sessions, coordinating and training on medication management and other programmatic operations. The Clinical Program Manager also acts as the LPHA where appropriate and as defined by the scope of their credentials and will be responsible for authoring services, assessments, establishing diagnosis and medical necessities. The Clinical Program Manager will also coordinate with funders and community collaborators to ensure positive and strong partnerships with various stakeholders. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) role. Occasional weekend availability is expected, depending on needs of the program.
