About The Position

This is a full-time, 36 hours per week, salary/exempt position for a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician & Recovery Services Program Manager. The role involves shaping and expanding innovative Tribal recovery services, playing a key leadership role in strengthening pathways to recovery, supporting individuals and families, and advancing the organization's mission. The position requires a compassionate, visionary, and experienced licensed behavioral health professional passionate about advancing recovery, wellness, and healing within Tribal communities. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with expertise in mental health and substance use treatment, clinical supervision, program development, and integrated care coordination. Responsibilities include building and enhancing programs, guiding staff, developing clinical protocols, and fostering strong partnerships. The successful candidate will embrace culturally grounded and trauma-informed approaches to care, demonstrate a commitment to supporting individuals and families on their recovery journeys, and possess the leadership skills needed to help shape and expand Chickaloon Native Village’s Recovery Services program. Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Behavioral Health, or a related clinical field.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds; establish and maintain cooperative relationships and work successfully as a member of a team.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
A valid Alaska Driver’s License is required for this position and the ability to be insured on CVTC’s vehicle insurance policy.
Must hold one of the following active Alaska clinical licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
Must complete and pass a pre-employment state and federal background check as a condition of employment.
