About The Position

Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors. The role develops and implements individualized behavior support plans to address these behaviors and improve outcomes. The analyst observes members, monitors support-plan implementation, assesses progress, and collaborates with members, staff, caregivers, and the care team. Tele-consultation is used when necessary. CCMS, founded in 2010, supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in pursuing fulfilling, independent, and enriched lives through education, advocacy, and partnership.

Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology.
Full licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
Clearance on a criminal background check.
Not listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registry.
Active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile.
Professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD), autism, or traumatic brain injury (TBI) is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans in accordance with Clinical Coverage Policy 8P.
Observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor implementation of support plans.
Assess member progress, revise positive behavior support plans (PBSPs) as needed, and decrease target behaviors.
Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team.
Use tele-consultation services when necessary.
