Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA will lead and support a team of behavior technicians and contribute to a strength-based, holistic, transdisciplinary model of care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and clinicians to create individualized care plans and provide integrated, patient-centered services. The position offers a remote or hybrid option, with up to 50% of the work performed remotely. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. BCBAs average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks; productivity targets are 22 hours at BCBA levels III and IV. The BCBA has autonomy over when and where to supervise cases, with administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Compensation and bonus opportunities are listed as total earning potential of $94,164–$115,275, including salary and bonus, a $7,500 first-year bonus, productivity incentives, and a monthly ABA caseload bonus opportunity of up to 10% of monthly base salary.
