Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA will lead behavior technicians and contribute to a supportive, transdisciplinary team delivering strength-based, holistic care in collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians. This is a fully remote role for someone residing in Arizona, with travel to local Cortica clinics required up to twice per month. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. BCBAs have autonomy in scheduling case supervision and may use telehealth when clinically appropriate. Administrative teams support scheduling, billing, and credentialing. The position offers productivity and caseload bonuses, advancement through BCBA levels I–IV, and reduced productivity targets at levels III and IV.
