About The Position
The Level 1 Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with the daily operations of a high-volume store, supporting efficient service delivery, team development, customer satisfaction, and store performance. The role includes supervising and coaching team members, training staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, assisting with inventory and cash handling, and supporting scheduling and workforce management. The Assistant Manager also helps achieve sales targets, resolve customer concerns, address operational challenges, execute company initiatives, and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of a high-volume store to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and support team members by providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.
- Help train new and existing staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Support cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
- Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Assist with scheduling and workforce management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Take initiative in identifying and solving operational challenges.
- Support the Store Manager in executing company initiatives and maintaining brand standards.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and accountability.
