About The Position

New Moon Pizza, LLC, a Domino’s franchise serving the Decatur, Georgia region, is seeking an Assistant Manager. Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They perform Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties and manage a scheduled-shift team of 3 to 15 employees. The role calls for a positive, motivating leader who provides customer service, maintains product quality, and supports a clean and professional store environment.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
At least 18 years old.
Own or have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Oversee shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
Greet customers and take orders.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Serve as a punctual, positive role model and leader for employees.
