Docketly, sister company to ABC Legal Services, is a growing company based in Longmont, Colorado. For the creditor’s rights industry, we make hiring a stand-in attorney easy, fast, and reliable. By combining our proprietary software with a nationwide network of attorneys, we’ve redefined what’s possible in legal support services.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy professional to manage court hearing coverage through scheduling, dispatching, and real-time coordination. This role also supports client communication and outbound outreach in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch attorneys for high-volume daily hearings
• Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps
• Confirm assignments and ensure accurate, full coverage
• Communicate with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless service
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule hearings and support client needs
• Track metrics, maintain scheduling data, and support reporting
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and execution
