The Legal Secretary will manage and maintain litigation and transactional calendars and schedules for assigned attorneys with strong attention to detail. This role involves assisting attorneys with reviewing and routing incoming mail, email management, and document and office organization, as well as maintaining organized legal files. The Legal Secretary will also prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents, emails, presentations, legal memoranda, and legal reports. A key responsibility is organizing legal records and documents, including maintaining version control using Integrity legal’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool. The position supports the legal department's reporting, data collection, and compilation of data for metrics and presentations to leadership. The Legal Secretary will track legal deadlines, support attorneys and the legal department with client and vendor interactions, and provide administrative, scheduling, meeting, and travel support. Additional administrative duties, such as ordering meals, making copies, and making reservations, may be assigned. The role requires a proactive attitude, strong initiative, attention to detail, and professionalism in a fast-paced legal department.
